I usually hate fashion magazines’ incentuous profiles, but I have to admit that I’m deeply jealous of this kitchen (I want those tiles!) and the back patio in the NYC townhouse. Her food also sounds pretty good.

Tile floors are too hard on the back. (It would be even worse in those heels!) We got lineoleum when we redid our kitchen a few years back, mostly because we are irredeemably middle-class children of the fifties, but also because it’s easier to stand on.
