Happy Holidays

Guests are arriving soon, and the list of chores is long. I’m not sure when I’ll have a moment to myself for a while. In case, I disappear for too long, may you all have a happy holiday and vacation. May you have warm times with friends and family. Or super tasty Chinese food and empty theaters. Whatever works for you. DSC_0105-1_edited-1

  1. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays as applicable.

I wonder if the not-Chinese Asian restaurants are open along with the Chinese ones? I’m never around to check.

    1. My neighborhood is about 15% Asian and 40% Jewish, so I suppose I would have sufficient cases to form come kind of conclusion if I were willing to make some calls.

  2. Have a great celebration. I hope you get a chance to snap some pictures of food (iPhones work great, and, actually, better than cameras a lot of the time). I learned of the tradition of the fishes from your blog, and I find it fabulous.

We are plotting out whether Chinese food and a movie will be in our Christmas celebration or if we’ll just enjoy a home cooked meal.

We have friends who are attending a Fiddler on the Roof sing along + Chinese buffet for Christmas.
