  1. What’s the appeal of big houses? The thought of having to care for all of that space makes me want to cry but I’m clearly very much in the minority in feeling that way.

    1. It’s for all the stuff. And, it would be tiring to care for it. You have to have help.

      We stayed in a small hotel room last week, and kiddo sai that one could live in it (700 square feet or so), and a world to explore outside. But, the key, we agreed, was we couldn’t have any stuff.

      I lobbied for getting rid of stuff when we got home, but it didn’t work.
