I don’t know about the taxi thing. Wheel chair accessible would be nice and it’s a bit hard to believe that 2,000 taxis can crowd the streets that much. During the six or seven days that I’ve seen in NYC, I wasn’t able to learn much but I was able to see that it had a whole bunch of streets.
