Magic Mike might be drawing the gays, but I know a lot of women who are lining up to see it also.
And now for some Thursday afternoon abs! Woot!! I should make this a regular feature of this blog.

Afternoon abs would always be appreciated, Laura! And I was one of the women (along with 3 friends) who had a few drinks and went to see Magic Mike. The first half was fun (just like the trailer made you think it would be) but then it went a little dark/druggie and became a lot less fun. Unfortunately that’s also just when our alcohol buzzes were wearing off, so it was kind of an unexpected bummer. Overall, I didn’t enjoy the movie that much bc of the dark edge. Matthew McConaughy was so funny and great though(and I’m not an MM fan to be honest) and Channing Tatum actually seemed like he could act! So maybe watch in on DVD.
