very nice, except for all their furniture & the wallpaper. What are the down sides? Have you toured it? What’s the commute to NYC like?
My guilty pleasure, for a long time, was actually spending my Sundays touring open houses (while driving our daughter around, ’cause that’s the only way we could get her to nap on Sundays). We found the house we now live in that way.

Since we’re on houses, this house is what I would buy if I had $700k and no worries about living near the Unitarian Church and in a highish crime area.
