This apartment is so New York. Great mix of funky with industrial. I just love the interactive gadgets, which show the before and afters in the Home section.

I found the discussion the Times put up more frustrating than usual; the way they framed it meant that the underlying issue of depopulation and its consequences was pretty much ignored… yes, there’s probably some optimal school size for each little demographic subdivision of students, but that’s, uh, not the only issue here…
