The kids and I went to the local farmer's market yesterday and scored fresh tomatoes, lettuce, garlic, radishes, mozzarella, and pickles.

BLTs are massively underrated. That looks like good stuff there, but it pays to use the best ingredients you can get. I assume that those are seasonal tomatoes.
