What does it all mean? It means nothing.
Sure, we're uploading tons of information to the internet, but what kind of information is it? Lots of web pages advertising herbal supplements, hair extensions, and massage services. Sure, there's lots of people asking google questions. But what kind of questions are they asking google? It's a lot of "When is Brad Pitt breaking up with Angelina Jolie?" or "What should I eat for dinner?" Not so much "What was John Locke's theory of property?"
But it's a nice, entertaining video. Love all the numbers and the cool soundtrack.

Actually there’s a great book about what people ask Google. It’s fascinating. And it changes through the year. The book is Click! and I reviewed it at some point on my blog. I loved it because it was full of data. Yeah, I’m a nerd.
