A man on Long Island wants his kidney back now that his wife has filed for divorce. He had donated one of his kidneys to her several years ago.
I believe that organ donation is completely covered under the "no backsies" rule.

Obviously, it was crassly put. However,I would mention that fact every chance I got if I was representing him or any other client. He gave an organ, and then she cheated on him.

If I were representing him, I’d say things like “Your honor, the issue is that my client’s wife received an organ donation, after my client gave her a kidney.” I’d keep it up until cited for contempt of court.

Of course, if representing the wife, I would respond by pointing out that she only received a temporary organ donation that was necessary due to the Husband’s inability to donate on a sustained basis.

It was probably only because the wife was too sober. Or, in keeping with bad puns, not taking her anti-rejection medication.
