Cooking with Campbell’s

 Awesome post by Maria Farrell about Campbell's Soup and not messing with family food. She finds reference to the soup in Mary McCarthy’s “The Group."

My equivilent is my mom's cubed chicken breasts and sliced onions smothered in cream of mushroom soup over rice. Mmm.

  1. My kids hated tuna, so I revised the tuna-noodle casserole to chicken. Quite closely related to your mom’s dish.
    Oh, I almost forgot: crushed potato chips does NOT feature in the Ditz version, tuna or chicken.
