Much drama about as I attempt to do everything that my mother did and my father did at the same time. Failing on all counts miserably.

Thanks. I might have an interesting job opportunity, but I’m very worried about leaving the little, mute kid in daycare. What happens if I’m working and everyone gets sick for 10 days again? Ah, I’m counting chickens too soon and driving myself crazy. I better shut up, because job opportunities might be googing me.

Laura, you can’t do everything that both of your parents did, except perhaps to love your children. All that you’ll do is drive yourself crazy, on top of exhausted.
