Jonah turns eight today. I climbed up his bunk this morning and told him the story about how he punched the doctor in the nose when he was born. Then we took him back to our little apartment in the city during the hottest summer ever. He loves that story. So, I’m busy planning weekend festivities. We may take a ferry ride from New Jersey to downtown Manhattan tomorrow for hotdogs in Battery Park.
