It’s been three weeks since Ian has had speech therapy. We’ve been in therapy pergatory as we’ve waited for the school district to get their act together. At first, we were terrified that Ian would start regressing without twice a week drilling from a professional, but it hasn’t happened. Actually, he is doing just great.
Yesterday, Steve came back from the supermarket with Ian. As he was unpacking the brown bags, he pulled out a box of Cocoa Puffs.
What’s that??!! Why did you buy that crap, Steve?
Well, he said “co-co-pff,” so I bought it for him.
He said “co-co-pff”?
Yeah.
How did he know about Cocoa Puffs?
Who knows. He also said “Bob,” so I bought him some Sponge Bob Squarepants cards.
Say words. Daddy buys. Effective, but dangerous.
