Leave saving the world to the men? I don't think so.

So glad that Tuscany still has all the food. We travelled 23 years ago to Tuscany for the wedding of a friend and the experience was one that had me saying, my how can we possibly reciprocate (and, I live in a very beautiful city). My friend complained that that delight at the “quality of life” masks a lot of challenges for the country. But, it’s hard to think about that when you are visiting eating fresh tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella (still am not on board with the unsalted bread, if that has not changed).
