I like Brooklyn. I like hipsters and their foodie ways. Honestly.
But I can drive there anytime I like and eat their food. I get a whole house in the suburbs with a backyard and good schools for the price of renting a two bedroom apartment in Brooklyn.

I think they must have been smoking some of that medicinal-grade marijuana to be living in headspace where $500,000 is “cheap”. What the hell do these people do for a living? Google tells me the average income in Brooklyn is less than $45,000. One of these things is not like the other…..
