Democracy Now reprinting content from Al Jazeera about the abuses of the U.S.–worse even than Hiroshima! I’m sorry, but this sort of thing has no credibility. I don’t know what are the effects, if any, of depleted uranium (it has, I note, been depleted of the radioactive isotopes), and, after hearing from Al-Jazeera, I don’t know any more than I did.
