I stumbled across an old video of Ian when he was four. He had just learned to say a few words, and I was testing him. Waaaaaaahhhhh!!!! My baby is eleven now!!!!
Leave saving the world to the men? I don't think so.

So cute! Now I want to go look at old vids of my kids. I saw a little stuffed animal in someone’s windshield today, and it looked just like a little spotted cat my daughter used to carry around everywhere. And I tried to imagine her carrying around a cat like that today. Nope.

From “A Child’s Garden of Verses”:
“But do not think you can at all,
By knocking on the window, call
That child to hear you. He intent
Is all on his play-business bent.
He does not hear; he will not look,
Nor yet be lured out of this book.
For, long ago, the truth to say,
He has grown up and gone away,
And it is but a child of air
That lingers in the garden there.”

I was actually shopping for a go pro camera (head mounted video recording) when I came across your cute clip. I *did* immediately to off to check out vids from my kiddos. I wonder what they will do with these miles of video when their grown up?
My videos from 8 years ago keep getting cut right when the kids are finishing dtories, presumably ‘ cause I wanted to save memory card space.
I want the go pro to record just such moments, more naturally.

BTW, the new go pro model does not yet see to have its bugs squashed, so to buying yet.

Oh, that’s sweet. I regret I didn’t video more – all the therapy overwhelmed me. But your video brings it back – “what’s your favorite train?”
