  1. Hmm, I guess I wasn’t a real New Yorker, even when I lived there. (Not long enough, maybe). I did complain about the bad train service a lot, or just missing one, but not so much that other stuff. Still, the train is much better than in Philly, so when I’m back in NYC, I almost feel like it’s good, except when it’s express only past my stop on the weekend in one direction or some such nonsense. (I didn’t mind going to Queens, so long as that meant Flushing, for the great Chinese food, and I got border of people filming law and order pretty quickly, as it was often done right outside my work, by the court houses.)
