Apologies for neglecting my loyal blog readers and devoted spammers this week. I was at a blogging conference on Friday. Thursday was spent doing last minute prep work, like printing up business cards at Staples and figuring out the new bus route into the city. On Monday, I'll dish out the details and a series of posts about blogging.

Does blogging have a future? Except for my family and a small handful of friends who like to keep up on my life in Ghana I don’t think anybody reads my blog. I think all the action has gone to corporate media blogs.

And of course, I’m always really jealous of people whose blogs kind of took off (or really did). I ‘m not really part of BlogHer because I have this bad feeling that it became a club of those who succeeded and that they don’t really care for those of us who don’t have good enough ratings or something. I may be wrong, but still… whatever. I still enjoy blogging, particularly because it’s the only kind of therapy I can afford right now. 🙂 (maybe that’s exactly the reason why my blog is a little ‘nothing’). But I’m curious to see what you have to say about this!
