Steve and I often send each other monosyllabic e-mail messages during the day. Sometimes the e-mails contain nothing but a url. A sample:

Steve: Spend all day here.  http://www.vivianmaier.com/

Me: http://www.apt11d.com/2011/01/the-photographs-of-vivian-maier.html

Steve: What?  You already knew?

Me: dude

Steve: Dude what? I can't see your blog here. You are too much.

  1. Oh, I LOVE these! We do the same thing. all the time. K sends me links everyday almost. & sometimes we do gmail chat when we’re both at home. It’s fun, no?

  2. A lot of financial services firms block blogs. Maybe they figure the comments sections could be used to transmit inside information? Fortunately, law firms are much freer.
