Put a smile on your face; has me a little weepy. That particular episode — actually the entire arc from Season 5 through the end of Season 6 — hit home for me, having (like Buffy) suffered depression in the aftermath of my mother’s death.
Yes, I do miss Buffy. Haven’t really watched television since. Except for baseball.

The Gift really was a great episode and a nearly perfect series finale. I kind of wish it had ended there, but then we would never have had Once More With Feeling. Which was another kind of perfect.
