4. We tried to watch, but the 7-year-old eventually got distracted as we tried to describe the credit crunch to her. I don’t like the town hall forum — people ask the same basic question again and again. I prefer the moderated forum with follow-up questions.
   McCain doesn’t look healthy to me. I think it might just be his war injuries (which he’s lived with for a long time), but I find it vaguely disturbing.

9. John McCain just referred to the country as “my fellow prisoners.”
   “Across this country, this is the agenda I have set before my fellow prisoners and the same standards of clarity and candor must now be applied to my opponent.”
   Eeks. Now I’m starting to get a bit freaked. At least get the man some sleep.
