  1. It is hard to imagine that this guy has the horsepower between the ears to still be a competent leader and it seems to be undeniable that he’s a few beers short of a sixer.
    You have to love democracy!
    I’m going to file this as a Strom T or Marion Barry type of leader, who is in place because no one else can wants to tempt someone who has sold their soul to the devil.
