I assume the other “No”s have also seen the saturation coverage of the TV ad. By the time I’d seen the ad a dozen times (and I think I saw it three times every time I got on the treadmill), I’d been convinced I wouldn’t be able to stand seeing the movie. By now, when the ad comes on I change the channel.
I’m surprised Disney is promoting the movie WITH him. I mean, keeping Mel OUT of the trailers couldn’t HURT the film. Putting him in like they have can only, I think, hurt it.
