2. I’ll probably spell the name wrong, but if you have the chance to check out Coco Robicheaux, I heartily recommend him. Cookin’ stuff, for sure.

3. You can’t miss the brass bands: Dirty Dozen, Treme, Rebirth, New Birth.
   I’m just recovering from Mardi Gras. It’s hard to believe that the rest of the country hasn’t been dancing in the streets for the last five days.
